In the shelter’s words

Astro and his siblings were born on April 11 and got a rough start in life. A concerned citizen reached out for help after finding them in an industrial area during a property cleanup. At just 4 ounces, Astro needed round-the-clock care, and one of our dedicated bottle feeders stepped in to give him the chance he deserved. Today, Astro is thriving and ready to find his forever home! This handsome boy sports a sleek black coat accented by a tiny patch of white on his chest. More than his good looks, though, it's his loving personality that steals hearts. Astro is incredibly sweet and outgoing, often running over for a quick cuddle between play sessions. He purrs easily. Once you look at him, once you show him a churu package, when his food bowl is being filled, when is sees a toy come out. He will cuddle up next to you on the couch or in bed. Astro loves to chase feather toys, but mostly showing off his favorite treasure—a furry ball that he proudly carries around in his mouth. One of the cutest things you'll ever see is Astro climbing onto your lap just to present his prized toy. Throw it and he will bring it back. Astro was raised in foster care alongside a 22-pound Labradoodle, so he has some positive dog experience. He shares a very special bond with his sister, Star. The two are inseparable playing together, snuggling together, and giving each other comfort and confidence. Because of their close connection, Astro and Star must be adopted together. Star does have a heart condition, but that doesn't stop her from enjoying life with her beloved brother by her side. If you're looking for a pair of affectionate, playful, and deeply bonded kittens, Astro and Star would love to fill your home with purrs, cuddles, and endless entertainment. ❤️ Please see our website at https://ohlonehumanesociety.org/fostering-and-adoption/ and click on the ADOPTION APPLICATION button to submit your application and let us know if you are looking for a particular kitten. We will let you know as soon as our Kitten Foster Program Manager reviews the applications received. All of our kittens must be spayed or neutered in our care before adoption can be finalized. Kittens require a $150 minimum adoption fee to help us fund our program. We are looking forward to your application submission.
