In the shelter’s words
Meet Your New Adventure Buddy: The Camp Counselor! This handsome gray tabby boy has a coat pattern that deserves its own fan club! At first glance, he might look like a short-haired kitty, but just wait until that fabulous fluffy tail pops up, or you catch a glimpse of his extra-plush belly and paws. We suspect there’s a little medium-haired magic hiding in his gorgeous coat!Personality-wise, he’s the definition of cool, calm, and collected. He’s an easygoing kind of guy who believes life is best enjoyed at a leisurely pace, preferably right beside his favorite human. Sit down, and he’ll happily hop up, stretch out next to you, and nudge his head toward you as if to say, “Excuse me, I believe belly rubs are on the agenda.” And honestly, who are we to argue? But don’t let his chill-guy reputation fool you. This boy has a playful streak a mile wide! No moving ball, fluttering feather, or crinkly paper bag is safe from his attention. If it moves, wiggles, rolls, or makes an interesting noise, he’s ready to investigate! His story started out on the streets, where he was found as a tiny baby with an upper respiratory infection that left his right eye a little cloudy. But this boy has a wonderful sense of humor about it and calls it his “mood ring eye.” It’s a unique little feature that adds to his one-of-a-kind charm. He’s also earned the official title of Camp Counselor! His siblings have all headed off to their forever homes, but this sweet boy has stuck around long enough to welcome two new groups of rescue kittens. He’s taken his role seriously, showing the newcomers the ropes and making them feel right at home. Apparently, he’s a natural at making friends and helping the new kids settle in!Now it’s his turn to graduate from camp and find a family of his very own. He’s ready to trade his counselor duties for cozy naps, endless playtime, belly rubs, and a human who appreciates a laid-back companion with a playful heart.Could your home be his next great adventure? Adopt this handsome, fluffy-tailed, mood-ring-eyed sweetheart, and let the good times roll! ❤️Thank you for considering adopting one of our kittens/cats.
