In the shelter’s words

COURTESY POST Meet Clark – Your New Best Friend! If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and goofy companion, then Clark might just be your perfect match! Clark is a handsome 4-year-old Hound Dog weighing about 70 pounds. He has a heart as big as his smile and is truly one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. Whether he's cuddling up beside you on the couch or playing with his canine friends, Clark is happiest when he's surrounded by love. Clark is a smart boy who has completed puppy training classes with flying colors and knows several basic commands. He's house-trained, uses a doggie door, and rides wonderfully in the car, making him an easy companion for everyday adventures. Clark does experience some separation anxiety, so he'll do best in a home with another friendly dog to keep him company and give him a playmate. Having a canine buddy helps him feel safe, happy, and confident. His ideal forever home would include: Another playful dog for companionship. A securely fenced yard where he can run, play, and burn off his energy. A family who will give him the love, patience, and affection he deserves. Clark is ready to fill your home with laughter, cuddles, and unconditional love. All he needs now is a family to call his own. Could that be you? If you think Clark would be a good fit for your family please complete our online application at: https://www.helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application/. A volunteer coordinator will contact you after reviewing your submission. *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up .
