In the shelter’s words
This gorgeous girl has a beautifully calm and sweet temperament! You would never guess her age by looking at her and she loves going for long walks and hikes in any weather. She adores her tennis balls and plays like a puppy when you toss her one, and she's an angel for grooming and tick checks. She’s not a big puller on leash and she seems like she would do really well with other dogs (play groups soon to come!). Luna really seems to have a great balanced personality with enthusiasm for adventures but also is happy to calmly cuddle on the couch. Come meet her and try not to fall in love with those beautiful blue eyes! APPROXIMATE WEIGHT: ESTIMATED DOB: 5/13/2019 GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS: GOOD WITH KIDS: GOOD WITH CATS: REQUIRES A FENCE: ACTIVITY LEVEL: LIKES TO VOCALIZE: SPECIAL NEEDS: BREED EXPERIENCE NEEDED: APPROPRIATE PLACEMENT FOR 1ST TIME DOG OWNER? FREE OBEDIENCE TRAINING IS OFFERED WITH ALL DOG ADOPTIONS Please note that we are often asked if dogs are "house trained". The dogs are in fact living in a kennel environment during their time with us. Even if they have previously lived in a home and been trained - the stress of the change and the new home can sometimes cause regression and require some additional training. We feel that it's best for all adopters to be prepared for this possibility.
