In the shelter’s words
Phil is a little mischief-maker straight out of a Rugrats episode! He’s curious, fearless, and always ready to turn ordinary things—boxes, socks, even your toes—into a big adventure. Phil is the perfect mix of mischievous and lovable! This handsome boy is always looking for his next adventure, whether that's chasing toys, carrying them proudly around the house, or splashing around in running water from the faucet. He has a playful personality and enough energy to keep you entertained for hours. Phil is also incredibly smart. He taught himself how to use the cat wheel and was so proud of his accomplishment! When he's not zooming around the house showing off his speed, he's happy to curl up for a well-deserved nap. Phil was part of the "Rugrats" crew, but his siblings have all found their forever homes. While he waits for his turn, he spends his days playing with his foster mate and making the most of every adventure. Despite his playful antics, Phil is a total sweetheart who loves affection and cuddles. He's sure to steal your heart with his charm, intelligence, and loving nature. Phil is ready to find a forever family who will appreciate his playful spirit and give him all the love he deserves.
