In the shelter’s words
Meet Jemima! If you’re looking for a kitten with confidence, curiosity, and a playful spirit, Jemima may be your perfect match! This adorable ticked tabby has never met a feline friend she didn’t like. Since arriving in foster care, she’s been busy making friends, exploring her surroundings, and proving that she’s got plenty of personality packed into her tiny frame. Jemima is okay with being held, but she’d much rather be on the move—chasing toys, wrestling with friends, or investigating whatever catches her eye. Recently, she’s started seeking out her foster humans for playtime and affection, showing just how much her confidence continues to grow. Don’t let her size fool you—this girl isn’t intimidated by the bigger foster cats and kittens. She holds her own just fine and is always ready for the next adventure. And when playtime is over? You’ll find her eagerly waiting for her favorite wet food. That adorably round little belly is proof that she never misses a meal! Jemima is blossoming into a sweet, social, and entertaining companion. She’s almost ready to begin the next chapter of her life and find a family of her very own. Keep an eye out for Jemima—this playful tabby is nearly ready for adoption, and she’s sure to bring endless fun, love, and laughter to her future home.

Plan a visit with the source organization
We interview instead of an application (we have been doing this with another organization for some time) and then have a adoption contract to sign. Fee is $95 for cats... $175 for dogs. Requirement is a good home and that if they can't keep the animal, they return it to us. See attached contract.
