In the shelter’s words

~~Although we do our very best to make sure your new pup is in tiptop health before adoption, things could drastically change a month later. Since we don’t have a long health history of your adopted dog, we can only treat the pet for whatever symptoms present during the initial exam and follow up exams.~ Health: ***** No obvious health issues found during vet exam ***** Temperament: Jasper is a 3-year-old, 10lb sweetheart who is officially looking for his forever home. While he can be a little shy when he first meets new people, he warms up beautifully once he feels comfortable and safe. He is a wonderful companion for other animals and gets along great with both dogs and cats; in fact, he’s even helped another shy dog in his foster home find the confidence to play. When it comes to children, Jasper seems to do just fine with them, though we do recommend keeping an eye on things and not leaving him unsupervised with young kids. He is a brave little guy who didn't have any issues at all with the fireworks! He is leash trained, though he appreciates a little extra patience and reassurance while he builds his confidence on walks. He’s making great progress every day, and he now happily takes treats right from your hand. His absolute favorite thing in the world is a frozen cheese bone. If you’re looking for a gentle, brave, and playful new best friend, please apply to adopt Jasper today! -- Where did he come from: Sadly his owner passed away from cancer. Leaving him looking for a new home. Adoption: ***** $800.00 ***** Weight: 10.4 lbs. Approximate age: 6/29/2023 ADOPTION APPLICATION: http://www.recycledpoms.org/application -- Email info@recycledpomeranians.com to request a printable application. -- ------Please remember our group is made of only volunteers all of whom have full time jobs, foster fur-kids, and families of their own, so please be patient.--------
