In the shelter’s words

10/28 Doggie Day Out:Spike is a very sweet, super cuddly, and affectionate boy who did well on the car ride. He was excited at first, but after a 10-minute walk, he was much more relaxed. He’s adventurous, loves sniffing the grass, and is easy to redirect on the leash. On our walk, he let strangers pet him. He already knows some commands, including “sit” and “wait,” and because he’s so treat-motivated, training him is easy. He’s also potty trained and signaled to me when he needed to go out. He’s respectful of the home.
