In the shelter’s words
WATCH MY VIDEO...Orenji - A Little Patience, A Lot of LoveSome of the sweetest friendships take a little time to blossom, and five-year-old Orenji is a perfect example. This pretty orange girl can be shy when meeting new people, but give her a little patience and the chance to get comfortable, and you will find yourself with a lovely lap companion. Orenji isn't one to rush into a relationship - she prefers to get to know you first. And there's something especially rewarding about winning the trust of a gentle soul like hers.Once she's feeling at home, Orenji had plenty of ways to enjoy her day. She loves batting at toy mice, chasing wand toys and laser lights, and watching the world go by from a favorite window perch. Sprinkle a little catnip on her cardboard scratcher, and you've got her attention! Orenji came to the shelter because her previous owner developed allergies, and now she's hoping for a fresh start. She'd be happiest as the only cat in the household, where she can settle in at her own pace and enjoy having her special person all to herself. Could you be the one to give Orenji the time, love and home she deserves?
