In the shelter’s words

Meet Orangey, a stunning 1-year-old orange tabby with a personality every bit as bright as his beautiful coat! This handsome boy absolutely adores people and thrives on attention. If you're looking for a cat who wants to be your constant sidekick, Orangey is ready for the job. He'll happily follow you from room to room, supervise every chore, and make sure you're never alone. In fact, he's so dedicated to being by your side that he can occasionally become a lovable little trip hazard! Orangey enjoys being the center of attention, which means he isn't always the biggest fan of sharing the spotlight with other cats. He would likely be happiest as the king of the house or with feline companions who don't mind letting him steal the show. He does well with kids and most dogs, making him a wonderful addition to many families. Orangey is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, litter box trained, and on parasite prevention. His adoption fee is $175. Please remember: Unless otherwise specified, all our kittens and cats are strictly indoor pets. If you’re interested in adoption, please visit straylovefoundation.org and complete an adoption application. Every rescue in our care receives comprehensive vetting, which includes: A combo test Deworming Spay/neuter procedures Vaccinations Microchipping We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life. While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $175. For special breeds, uniquely colored, or exceptionally adorable rescues, we may request a higher donation to help cover vet expenses. Can't adopt? Consider donating, sponsoring, or volunteering! Every form of support makes a difference. Tax-deductible donations can be made via PayPal using info@straylovefoundation.org, or by clicking the donate button on our: Facebook page Website homepage at www.straylovefoundation.org
