In the shelter’s words

Meet Ted Mosby: The Ultimate Gentle Giant! If you are looking for the absolute definition of a gentle giant, your search ends here! Ted Mosby is a stunning, 1-year-old Great Pyrenees, looking for a family of his very own. Why Ted is Absolute Perfection: Kid-Approved: Ted recently lived with a newborn and a 2-year-old child, and he was nothing short of a saint. He is remarkably slow, calm, and gentle with little ones. Dog Social & Playful: He LOVES other dogs! Ted would be happiest in a home with a canine sibling to play with and to keep him company when his humans are out. The Ultimate Couch Potato: Don't let his majestic size fool you - Ted’s favorite hobby is lounging. He is fully house-trained and knows how to relax in style. He has no idea he isn’t your typical ‘lap dog’. Everyone’s Best Friend: Ted loves every single human he meets. He’s a total lover boy with zero bad bones in his big, fluffy body. Why He's Looking for a New Adventure: Teddy was previously adopted by a wonderful family, but sadly, the resident cats were simply not fans of the gentle giant. When the cats ran, Ted's natural instincts kicked in and he chased them (purely out of a desire to play, but the felines disagreed!). Through no fault of his own, Ted is back on the market looking for a cat-free home where he can stretch out, cuddle, and live his best life. The Ideal Home: No cats, please! A family with another dog for him to play with and buddy up to. Plenty of couch space and endless love to give this big goofball. Ted Mosby is the full package: handsome, sweet, well-mannered, and endlessly affectionate. He will make an incredible addition to any lucky family. Come meet your new best friend today!
