In the shelter’s words
Meet Timber (AL): Your Handsome, Happy New Best Friend! Timber is a strikingly handsome 2-3-year-old male Retriever mix who is ready to leave his past as a stray behind and start a new chapter with a loving forever family. Rescued in March 2025, Timber’s heartwarming personality and zest for life make him a true gem. Timber comes microchipped, up to date on core vaccinations. This charming boy is great with people and other dogs, making him an ideal companion for any home. With his friendly demeanor, sweet nature, and boundless happiness, Timber is the perfect combination of playmate and loyal snuggle buddy. Plus, with those adorable looks, how can you resist? Timber came into rescue along with Twig and their puppies. Timber and Twig would love to end up in the same forever home (though it's not imperative). Don’t wait—make Timber (and maybe Twig too?) a part of your family today! Apply online to adopt Timber (AL) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org. He’s ready to fill your life with love and joy!Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter. Timber's adoption fee is $550.
