In the shelter’s words
Momo is an adorable, affectionate, brown tabby kitten. This boy LOVES to be petted and loves to cuddle. He is very talkative with his cute little raspy voice and is extremely food motivated. Momo is very proud of his gorgeous spotted belly! He shows it off all the time and loves to have it rubbed and even kissed. You would never suspect that this little guy had such a rough start. Momo was found in a parking lot with a severely fractured front leg. He has had a remarkable recovery and is now a normal playful kitten. But he may have a little limp and needs to be monitored as he becomes fully grown. Momo loves to play with other cats and needs another young kitty to play and cuddle with. He is fostered with Cupcake. They would be a nice adoptive pair. He is also fostered with Strudel and Snowball. He would be OK with cat savvy kids over the age of 8 and would likely accept a calm dog with a careful and slow introduction. We estimate he was born June 14, 2026. Kitty Bio #581LRo-Mo. ▶️ Scroll down for clip If you're interested in adopting Momo, Cupcake, Strudel, Snowball, or another of our cats, please fill out our adoption questionnaire at icraeastbay.org/adopt/how-to/.

Plan a visit with the source organization
Potential adopters pick out a cat or kitten and fill out an application. There will be a short interview with one of our volunteers. Adoptions do not happen same day. We will arrange a time to visit your home and the foster parents and a volunteer will meet there. Our adoption fee structure is: Cats and kittens (under 8 years): $100 Cats (over 8 years): $75 Two cats adopted together: Full amount of the higher fee, half the amount of the lower or same fee. For example: a kitten and a cat (under 8) would be $100.00 + 50.00 = $150.00 We require that all cats be kept indoor only. We have an adoption contract.
