In the shelter’s words

Behaviors observed by this animal leads us to state the following:Buzz is a small Frenchie mix with a big heart hidden beneath layers of fear and uncertainty. Life hasn’t always been kind to this sweet boy, and as a result, he startles easily—loud noises, sudden movements, or unfamiliar environments can leave him trembling. But behind those wide, worried eyes is a gentle, sensitive spirit just waiting for the right person to help him heal. Buzz takes his time when it comes to trust. He’s not the type to run up and greet you at the door—but give him time, patience, and space, and he’ll quietly start to show you how much he wants to be loved. Each small step he takes toward connection is a victory, and you’ll feel proud watching him grow a little braver every day. He’s looking for a calm, quiet home with someone who understands that healing isn’t linear. Buzz doesn’t need grand gestures—just consistency, compassion, and a whole lot of patience. He may never be the life of the party, but in the right home, he will be someone’s loyal, loving shadow. Are you the kind soul who can give Buzz the steady, safe world he’s never had? He may take a while to warm up, but once he does, your bond will be one of quiet understanding and deep trust.
