Hi, I'm Joey! I'm just as sweet on the inside as I am on the outside. I'm a friendly, easygoing guy who enjoys life's simple pleasures—playing with toys, spending time with my feline friends, and, of course, taking a good nap now and then. I have a calm, gentle personality and get along well with everyone I meet. While I enjoy a little playtime and the occasional chase after a favorite toy, I'm not one to create a lot of drama. I'd much rather spend my days relaxing, making friends, and enjoying the company of those around me. If you're looking for a happy, laid-back companion who will fit right into your home, I might be the perfect match. I have plenty of love to give and can't wait to find a family of my own. Come meet me at M'Shoogy's and see why everyone loves Joey!

We want to meet you and make sure we are making the right match for your situation as well as for the animal. Email or call us about which animal you are considering and we can make an appointment for you and the animal to meet. Visit the Adoption Information page at www.mshoogys.org to fill out our adoption application and email it to one of our volunteers. You can also print a copy, fill it out, and bring it with you to M'Shoogy's during our hours of operation, which are Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please note that if you are applying to adopt a dog, we usually require that you have a fenced-in yard except in special situations. The cost to adopt includes shots and the cost of spaying/neutering. If you are adopting a dog we also ask that you purchase 6 months of heartworm preventative. It is sold by weight. If you check around, you'll find it is the lowest cost adoption service in the area.
