Foster Needed for Sweet Tessa Tessa came to ARC from Pasco Animal Services with several medical issues and is still on the road to recovery. She’s currently in need of a long-term foster who can administer her medication and provide the loving, stable home she deserves. Tessa adores people and thrives on human companionship, but she’ll need to be the only pet in the home. ARC will provide everything she needs—including food, supplies, and full medical care—so her foster can focus on giving her comfort, care, and kindness.
