In the shelter’s words
Meet Spike — a big-headed, big-hearted goofball who’s basically one giant love bug. This handsome pit bull terrier mix LOVES people, LOVES snacks, and would happily accept a full-time job as your best friend. Spike is a strong fella and can be a little enthusiastic on the leash at first, but once he gets his wiggles out, he settles in just fine. Now for the important stuff: Spike would do best in a home without cats and possibly as your one-and-only dog. What he most needs is a responsible person willing to give him the happy life he deserves. Behind that tough-guy look is a total sweetheart who just wants love, treats, and a comfy place to call home. Come meet Spike - we think you’ll fall for this lovable lug fast!
