In the shelter’s words
Meet Snowy! Snowy is an exceptionally observant gal who takes in the world around her with quiet curiosity. When it comes to human companions, she is extremely shy, reserved, and still trying to figure out people, which means she does not like to be petted just yet. Instead of lap cuddles, her absolute favorite pastime is playing a spirited game of hide-and-seek under a cozy blanket with her siblings, watching everything with her sharp, clever eyes.Snowy’s absolute highest priority for her forever home is having a friendly feline companion to show her the ropes. She truly blossoms around other cats—she is wonderfully playful and happiest when surrounded by furry friends. In fact, she would be over the moon to be adopted alongside one of her sweet sisters, Windy or Cloudy, or one of her playful nieces, Misty or Sunny! To help Snowy feel safe and thrive, her ideal home must be a quiet, peaceful household without children. She needs an understanding, patient adopter who respects her boundaries. If you have a serene environment and a welcoming cat looking for a playmate, Snowy might just be the quiet blessing your home has been waiting for.WE DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION AS WE ARE A FOSTER-BASED ORGANIZATION. Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here: https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or
