See DNA pictureWeight: 14 lbsHousebroken: we believe so. He doesn’t potty in his kennelKids: Teens, 16 and older will be best for Hendrix as he settles in.Other dogs: friendly with other small dogs. Afraid of large dogsCats: no catsPersonality: nice, sweet boy. Shy at first, he takes about 48 hrs to warm up to you. He is new to the rescue so he is still settling in. As we learn more about him, we will update his bio.What we know: his prior owner moved and left him/abandoned him at the rental home.Medical: healthy, vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Housing: Best placed in a house with backyard space. Not appropriate for apartment, townhome, or condo living. How to apply: No out of state. How to Adopt from Animals Rule. 1.Find a dog that interests you and submit an application from our "Application to Adopt" icon on our website at www.animalsrule.org. If the dog's picture is on our website it is still available. Our website is ALWAYS current. Elaborate on your application. The more info you give us & explain things the better your chances. We hate yes no answers 2. Come to our adoption event each Saturday from 11am-3pm. If you have another dog, bring it with you. 3. If you live far, please bring pictures (either printed or on the camera) of your home/yard/fencing/gates/& where the dog will sleep, etc. You are welcome to e-mail us pictures before you make the drive for review if you live far. 90% of the time we will still do a home check. 4.You will be interviewed in the order in which your application was submitted. If you do not submit an application before arriving, you are at the end of the line. Submitting an application does not commit you to a dog. You can change your mind at any time. We will review your application and make a decision. If all your ducks are in a row, you can adopt & take the dog home. Come prepared!!
