In the shelter’s words
Dallas is a Rolly Polly beefcake who is just happy to be here. He enjoys being w/ people, during office time he zips around the room checking everything out, gets a quick cuddle, a recharge nap and back to being a busy bee. We are working on stamina; as he tuckers out rather quickly on walks. Dallas is dog selective; he has done well on tandem walks w/ female dogs around his size, done ok with larger females, can bristle w/ male dogs. He has also resource guarded people from other dogs seeking affection and for this reason we think he would do best as a single dog. If properly introduced he could have a walking buddy if they are calm & confident. What he lacks vertically he makes up for with a dynamite personality. His clown like antics & zoomies will have you laughing. He is also quite smart; he knows sit, paw, catch & tug w/ rope toys. He loves to play w/ soft toys too and takes treats gently this short stack will bring endless joy to family.
