In the shelter’s words
Rosco is a beautiful tuxedo cat with a striking appearance. He is known for his independent personality and would thrive in a home where his need for personal space is respected. Rosco gets along well with other cats but may be shy or reserved around adults. If you are interested in meeting Rosco and possibly welcoming him into your home, please visit our website at kvckr.com to complete and submit an adoption application.
