In the shelter’s words
Hi, I'm Kitty! I've come a long way, and these days I'm healthy, happy, and ready for the next chapter of my life—a forever home of my very own. I'm a beautiful, friendly girl who enjoys companionship and all the comforts of indoor life. After receiving lots of care and attention, I've learned just how wonderful it feels to be safe, loved, and looked after. Now I'm hoping to find a family who will make those good things a permanent part of my life. I have a sweet personality, a loving heart, and plenty of affection to share with the people who choose me. Whether we're spending quiet time together or simply enjoying each other's company, I'll be happy just knowing I belong. If you're looking for a friendly feline companion who is ready to love and be loved, come meet me at M'Shoogy's. I'd love the chance to make my dream of a forever home come true!

We want to meet you and make sure we are making the right match for your situation as well as for the animal. Email or call us about which animal you are considering and we can make an appointment for you and the animal to meet. Visit the Adoption Information page at www.mshoogys.org to fill out our adoption application and email it to one of our volunteers. You can also print a copy, fill it out, and bring it with you to M'Shoogy's during our hours of operation, which are Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please note that if you are applying to adopt a dog, we usually require that you have a fenced-in yard except in special situations. The cost to adopt includes shots and the cost of spaying/neutering. If you are adopting a dog we also ask that you purchase 6 months of heartworm preventative. It is sold by weight. If you check around, you'll find it is the lowest cost adoption service in the area.
