HARLEY NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Harley Best Guess for Breed: Lab/Terrier mix Best Guess for Age: 9 months as of Oct. 2026 SEX: Female Approximate Weight (still growing!): 24.5lbs as of 10/27 Gets Along With: Other dogs! We have tested Harley with some of the cats at the shelter, and she did not seem particularly interested in chasing or pouncing on the cat. While this is a positive sign that Harley could live with a cat, she has not done so to our knowledge. If you have cats in your home, we are happy to discuss with you how to best introduce a new pup to your pack! Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter; needs DC area foster or forever home Harley is Looking For: Her forever home! She's heard that there are treats, belly rubs, and snuggly places to snooze at those. She's also heard that there are people out there who will love dogs with their entire hearts and would treat them like a real member of the family. Harley has thought it over, and she would like to request that, please. She thinks it sounds so nice to be beloved. In return, she'll love you for life too! What My Foster Says About Me: Coming soon!
