In the shelter’s words
This petite black-and-white beauty may have come to us from a partner shelter in North Carolina with little information about her past, but one thing is abundantly clear: Clara is an incredibly sweet girl with so much love to give. Clara is extremely affectionate and absolutely loves attention. She’s happiest when she’s close to her people, soaking up all the pets and love she can get. One of her sweetest habits is licking your hand while you pet her, almost as if she’s returning the affection! Clara is also very playful and curious, and loves chasing toys, exploring her surroundings, and showing off her fun-loving personality. Now all Clara needs is a family of her own. If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion who will happily shower you with affection, Clara may be your girl. Come meet this petite sweetheart and see just how easy she is to fall in love with! Adoption fee $200, includes: first 2 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, flea preventatives, sterilized, microchip

Our adopters fill out an application that screens for problems that may be detrimental to our cats and kittens. Once the adopter is approved we provide veterinary referrals which help with low cost spays or neuters for the kittens that are too young at the time of adoption. We are always available to help with behavioral issues that arise. We provide numerous information sheets in our adoption folders, plus the medical background of each cat. The only fees involved with our program are adoption fees that offset our veterinary bills.
