In the shelter’s words

Meet Golden Snitch!Four months old. Professional cuddler. Former roadside fugitive.G Snitch wasn’t exactly looking for a home when he was found. He was a small feral kitten found in the middle of a busy road, and thankfully someone decided his tiny life was worth stopping for.(Yep, that’s me - his foster mom!I knew he was he was special when I looked down at him on the road, and he looked into my eyes and, I mean, deep into my eyes!)At first, G Snitch wasn’t convinced this whole “human” thing was going to work out.In fact, it took 19 DAYS before he finally purred.NINETEEN. DAYS. (My 8-year-old daughter got the first purr)But once he figured out that humans could mean soft beds, a full belly, gentle scratches, cuddles, and feeling safe... well, G Snitch completely changed his mind. Now?He’s a sweet, quiet, cuddly little guy who loves hanging out with people, his kitty friends, and soaking up the good life he almost never got the chance to experience. He still looks deep in my eyes, but I no longer see his eyes swimming in fear! He is happy and content and brave!G. Snitch is ready for the next chapter — a forever home where he never has to wonder where his next safe place will be.Because this boy has already learned something important:Sometimes getting snatched off the road is the best thing that can ever happen to you.G. Snitch is 4 months old, neutered, dewormed, and vaccinated for Rabies, etc.He is being fostered in Monroe, NC, but foster mom is happy to meet up with adopters:)You can email his foster mom, Jill, directly at caretoadopt9@gmail.com with any questions or to get an adoption application.Applications can also be found at www.caretoadopt.org. If not already on caretoadopt.org, please visit www.caretoadopt.org to view the complete pet profile. Applications to adopt are found on this website as well. To speed up the adoption process, completed applications may be emailed to caretoadopt@gmail.com. *** Breeds are our best guess based on experience and research. *** All cats receive a distemper vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, FELV/FIV combo test, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
