In the shelter’s words

FYI... the next FOUR adoptions are sponsored by ZEIGLER & ZIEGLER! Meet MAX, a fun-loving, affectionate boy who is ready to find a family of his very own! Max is the perfect combination of playful sidekick and cuddly couch companion. While he may be grown up, he still thinks he's a lap dog and will happily climb into your lap for movie night, curl up on your pillow, or snooze right beside you. If you're looking for a dog who loves being close to his people, Max checks all the boxes. This handsome guy has never met a stranger when it comes to other dogs. He gets along wonderfully with canine friends of all sizes, but he has a special soft spot for small dogs and puppies. Max would happily spend his days running, playing, and making new friends. As for cats, the jury is still out, although he certainly enjoys keeping an eye on them through the window! Max is fully house trained, knows how to use a dog door, and is always excited when it's mealtime. Whether it's his favorite treats or a home-cooked snack, this boy is not shy about showing his appreciation. With his loving personality and playful energy, Max would thrive in a home where he has room to stretch his legs, enjoy outdoor adventures, and spend plenty of time with his family. He'll reward you with endless laughs, loyal companionship, and lots of snuggles. A little about Max: • Dog-friendly • House trained • Loves cuddling and being close to his people • Enjoys playing with other dogs, especially puppies and small dogs • Smart, social, and full of personality If you're searching for a loyal best friend who will keep you smiling every day, Max may be the perfect addition to your family. Please share Max's story and help him find the forever home he deserves! Adoption Application: Apply to Adopt
