In the shelter’s words
Oreo is an approximate 8 month old, 18 lb, spayed female mix found as a stray & never claimed , so her history is mostly unknown. She is the perfect catch and enjoys dogs, cats and kids! For still being what we consider a puppy, she is very well behaved other than stealing an occasional sneaker! She enjoys playing with other dogs, being with her people, and will snuggle once she’s gotten her puppy zoomies out! Oreo is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines and preventatives with an adoption fee of $450. If you think this adorable nugget would make the perfect companion to your family please fill out our adoption application at: https://form.jotform.com/fairytailsrescuemd/dogpuppy-adoption-application #fairytailsrescuemaryland #maryland #adoptabledog #adoptable #share #rescuedog #adoptadog #fureverhomeneeded

Plan a visit with the source organization
Potential adopters start by filling out our adoption application. The completed application is read over and if we have any questions we will contact them accordingly. Next at least two personal and if applicable a vet reference is contacted. Assuming that goes well it is followed by a physical home check. Once that is all completed we setup a meet to adopt where the entire family (including canine members if adopting a dog) come to meet the potential new family member. If the meeting goes well they are fully approved to take their pet home at that time.
Confirm availability, fees and the meeting address before traveling.
