MEET FLORA — A LITTLE FLOWER JUST WAITING TO BLOOM At six years young, beautiful Flora is discovering something most dogs have known their entire lives… what it feels like to simply be a dog. ❤️ Flora is a gorgeous, purebred Shih Tzu with a beautiful coat, the sweetest little face, and a heart overflowing with love just waiting to be shared. But Flora's story didn't begin with soft beds, squeaky toys, or adventures in the sunshine. For most of her life, Flora was used for breeding, spending much of her time confined to a cage. While other dogs were learning to play, explore, and trust the world around them, Flora was simply existing in a world far too small for such a precious little soul. And now, at six years old, Flora is finally getting the chance to experience all those wonderful firsts. The world is still a big, unfamiliar, and sometimes frightening place for this sweet girl. New sounds, new surroundings, and everyday experiences can feel overwhelming. In so many ways, Flora is like a little puppy discovering life for the very first time. But here's the beautiful thing about Flora… Despite everything she's been through, she absolutely LOVES love. ❤️ Once she feels safe with you, something magical happens. That timid little girl blossoms into the most affectionate, devoted companion you could ever imagine. She becomes your shadow. Where you go, Flora goes. If you're sitting, she wants to be near you.
