Meet Luna! This beautiful girl absolutely adores her people and, despite her impressive size, she is nothing more than a big baby when she’s with her humans. Belly rubs are one of her favorite things, and she’ll happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give.Luna is also a water girl! She loves playing with the hose and having fun in the pool, making her the perfect companion for someone who enjoys backyard summertime fun.Luna is looking for a fenced backyard and an only-pet home. While she is wonderful with people, she is protective of her space around other animals, so she will thrive as the one-and-only furry member of the family.If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, fluffy companion who will happily trade kisses for belly rubs and join you for some backyard water fun, Luna could be your girl! Potential adopters must fill out an adoption application. Applications are reviewed and the potential adopter is notified of the status of their app within 24-48 hours. Upon approval, adopter must make arrangements for pick-up of the dog/cat within 24 hours. Every adoption starts with a "7-day home visit". This is a trial period in which the adopter will take the dog/cat home for 7 days to make sure they are a good fit within the home/family. After the 7 day period, the adopter must return to the shelter to either complete the final adoption and receive all paperwork/records pertaining to the animal they adopted or to return the animal for a full refund if they choose to not complete the adoption.
