In the shelter’s words
Althea is a happy, gentle girl with a heart as beautiful as her name. She’s leash trained and enjoys getting out for walks, especially when there’s time to explore and play along the way. Toys are one of her favorite things, and her playful side shines once she feels comfortable. This sweet girl is affectionate without being overwhelming and loves spending time with her people. She’s intelligent, eager to please, and even-tempered, making her a wonderful companion for a variety of households. Althea has a calm, gentle nature but still knows how to have fun, striking that perfect balance of playful and relaxed. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal pup who’s ready to be your new best friend, Althea may be the one you’ve been waiting for.
