In the shelter’s words
Atticus has his nose to the floor, always looking for that morsel or crumb that was dropped. He is 12+ years old, his vision and hearing are not great, but he can get around really well. He loves to be held once he knows you’re there. If you have a quiet home and a big heart for seniors, why not adopt Atticus and give him the love in his golden years that he deserves.
Outside the kennel
No dated field notes yet. Nothing about their life outside the kennel has been invented.

Plan a visit with the source organization
An interested adopter would fill out an adoption application and once approved, we arrange a meet with the animal's foster. We do reference checks and a home visit as part of our process. Our adoption fees do vary depending on age, medical conditions, being a purebred, etc. but for dogs the average between $175 and $275. For cats it is $40.
