Juicy wants you to know that age is just a number. At 14 years of age she has unfortunately found herself in need of finding a forever home. While her eyes and ears are starting to fail her, she’s still able to get around quite well. Thus far she seems to enjoy car rides, slow walks where she can sniff around, nice fluffy beds, and a quiet place on your furniture to relax. Juicy doesn’t seem to mind other dogs or cats. With her vision and hearing failing she does startle easily and will snap at you with sudden movements so a home with older children would be best. We provide you giving a senior dog a home is very rewarding. Estimated DOB: 7/17/2012 Adoption fee: $100 (6% KY sales tax included) We would love to hear from you! SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations. SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations.
