Hi, I'm Marcus! Believe it or not, my big adventure started when I climbed up a tree...and then realized I had absolutely no plan for getting back down. It seemed like a good idea at the time! Luckily, I was rescued safely, and now I'm ready for my next chapter - preferably one that keeps all four paws on the ground. I'm a friendly, outgoing, playful guy who loves life and likes to make the most of every day. Whether it's chasing toys, exploring my surroundings, or soaking up attention from people, I'm happiest when I’m having fun and sharing it with someone special. If you're looking for a cheerful companion with a sweet personality and a little bit of a goofy side, I might just be your perfect match. Adopt me, and let's enjoy life together!

We want to meet you and make sure we are making the right match for your situation as well as for the animal. Visit the Adoption Information page at www.mshoogys.org to fill out our adoption application and email it to one of our volunteers. You can also print a copy, fill it out, and bring it with you to M'Shoogy's during our hours of operation, which are Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please note that if you are applying to adopt a dog, we usually require that you have a fenced-in yard except in special situations. The cost to adopt includes shots and the cost of spaying/neutering. If you are adopting a dog we also ask that you purchase 6 months of heartworm preventative. It is sold by weight. If you check around, you'll find it is the lowest cost adoption service in the area.
