Hi, I'm Brave Bird! I am a handsome short haired white and black male born approximately 5/26/2024. I'm a sweet, gentle boy who has made wonderful progress since coming to Wild Blue Cats. I came from an indoor hoarding situation where there were far too many cats for one person to properly care for, so when I first arrived, I was pretty nervous and unsure of people. I often preferred to stay tucked away with my feline friends while I figured everything out. With time, patience, and lots of positive attention, my brave side has really started to shine! I've become much more social and will come out for attention, pets, and playtime. I especially enjoy wand toys, laser toys, brushing, and supervised outdoor time. I'm also a fan of rolling over for pets and soaking up some gentle affection once I feel comfortable. I can still be a little shy at first, but I'm a calm, mellow, very sweet boy who just needs someone willing to let me settle in at my own pace. I also really enjoy the company of other cats and have been known to cuddle, groom, and hang out with my kitty friends. Having a feline companion may help me feel even more secure as I adjust to my new home. I think I'd do well in a family with respectful teenagers, another feline friend, or even a doggie buddy, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. If you're looking for a gentle, playful sweetheart who may take a little time to show you just how loving he can be, I'd love the chance to become part of your family.
