Double the Cats, Double the Love Meet Fiona and Hamish, a bonded pair of three-year-old best friends who are looking for a forever home together.These two have mastered the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. Most of the day you'll find them napping in sunny spots, lounging near their favorite people, or gazing out the window watching the world go by. But a few times each day, they spring into action, chasing each other through the house in spirited games that remind everyone they're still young.Fiona is especially wonderful with children and enjoys meeting new people. Hamish is curious and often greets visitors with a sniff and a rub. They'll join you on the bed at night, curl up nearby on the couch, and keep you company throughout the day. Like many cats, they have a special talent for turning ordinary cardboard boxes and small spaces into luxury accommodations. If there's a box in the house, you can bet one of them will claim it.Most importantly, Fiona and Hamish are deeply devoted to each other. Potential adopters must fill out an adoption application. Applications are reviewed and the potential adopter is notified of the status of their app within 24-48 hours. Upon approval, adopter must make arrangements for pick-up of the dog/cat within 24 hours. Every adoption starts with a "7-day home visit". This is a trial period in which the adopter will take the dog/cat home for 7 days to make sure they are a good fit within the home/family. After the 7 day period, the adopter must return to the shelter to either complete the final adoption and receive all paperwork/records pertaining to the animal they adopted or to return the animal for a full refund if they choose to not complete the adoption.
