In the shelter’s words
Adopt Blaze This stunning, red and white husky is looking for his forever home. Blaze is two years old and exemplifies everything that a husky can and should be. He is goofy, he is silly, he is very charming, and will fill your life with laughter and cuddles. Blaze is a typical husky. He can be aloof, he can be stubborn, he can be running around with his crazy zoomies and then he can just cuddle up on the sofa with you. He is dog friendly, loves kids. Is up-to-date on his vaccines and neutered and microchipped. He’s ready to pack his bags and move in. Are you looking for somebody to keep you company on a nice hike, maybe a quick romp to the lake, or a cozy stay at home on a Saturday night? Plan a visit with the source organization
Our adoption process is very simple, straight forward, and affordable. Interested adopters must complete our adoption application, which also requires references, vet info, and proof that current pets are uo to date on their vaccines. Once the applicant is approved, we arrange a meet and greet with the adopter and the foster parent. We require our adoptable pets to meet any resident dogs and children, and ideally, all family members. If all goes well and the adoption is approved, our adoption contract is signed and the adoption fee is paid. We allow out of state adoptions, provided everything checks out and the adopter comes to meet the pet.
