In the shelter’s words
If you're looking for a loyal companion who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Sammie might be your guy! Sammie is a calm, sweet, and smart pup whose love language is definitely quality time. He's a total shadow and happiest simply hanging out with his people. He gets along well with both large and small pups and enjoys spending time outdoors. Sammie is potty trained, walks well on a leash, and has a moderate energy level. He enjoys daily walks and outdoor time but is equally happy relaxing with you at home. And if you really want to win him over, Milk-Bones and Three Dog Bakery cookies are the way to his heart! Sammie was found as a lost dog, and despite efforts to locate his family, no owner was found. Now he's looking for a loving home where he can finally settle in and have a person of his own. If you want a gentle, affectionate best friend who will happily follow you from room to room, Sammie is ready to meet you! All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. You can view all adoptable pets and fill out an adoption application online on our website at http://dallaspetsalive.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/ For more information, you can email adopt@dallaspetsalive.org.
