In the shelter’s words
Meet Ron Perlman – The Big Orange Softie! Indoor Only | Declawing Prohibited by Contract Once you see him, the name Ron Perlman makes perfect sense—this orange and white tabby is a big, handsome guy with a face full of character and a heart full of love. Need some big sweet goofiness in your life? Ron’s your man. He’s a gentle, affectionate adult cat who loves nothing more than pets, attention, and hanging out with his people. He’s the kind of cat who makes you feel like everything is going to be just fine. Ron is: FIV positive (but healthy!) Dog-tolerant Toy curious Treat motivated Very chill—just your typical orange cat with not a care in the world Whether he's loafing in a sunny spot, gently nudging your hand for more pets, or casually strolling through the room like he owns it (he does), Ron brings peace, warmth, and big-hearted energy to any home. Quick FIV Facts: FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is only spread through deep bite wounds—Ron is a lover, not a fighter. FIV-positive cats can live long, healthy lives. Ron needs no special treatment—just to be kept indoors, given good food, and receive regular vet care. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, loveable, big-headed goof to fill your days with joy, Ron Perlman is ready to move in.
