They are truly bonded, enjoying their snuggle, grooming and play time together! They seem to have their own little system for navigating the world. Littles is braver - she checks things out and helps Elsa feel safe. Once Elsa gets comfortable, she looks after Littles! They make a pretty special team. Both girls have blossomed in foster care, becoming increasingly confident and social. They eagerly takes treats, enjoys lots of pets and playtime and have even started to hop up on a chair or couch to sit close to foster mom. They are still cautious with people and navigate their surroundings with vigilance so they would do best with someone willing to continue working with them on socialization and building trust. A calmer home with adults or older, respectful kids would be ideal. These lovely girls come with some quirks! Littles doesn't meow, she squeaks! She has no problem bringing on her loudest, longest squeaks when it's time to eat! Elsa has a favorite game... catching fingers and toes! She likes to bat at them and will even gently mouth them. Give her a choice between a toy and toes, she is all about the toes! Elsa and Littles will need time to decide if you're their person, but once they do, you get to see just how affectionate, funny, and endearing these two really are. They’ve already come so far, and they’re ready for the next chapter together.

Adoption Process: PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION MAY TAKE 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE WE ARE ABLE TO FORWARD IT TO THE FOSTER PROVIDER. IF WE NEED MORE INFORMATION WE WILL CONTACT YOU. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL AFTER 5 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PAST SINCE SUBMISSION OF YOUR APPLICATION 1. Search adoptable animals and fill out the application when you find one you want to meet. 2. Adoption coordinator will review application and check vet/personal references. 3. Foster schedules a meet and greet. This could take place at an adoption event, public place or foster's home. 4. If foster and adopter agree its a good fit, then an adoption home visit will be scheduled for dogs only. 5. After home visit is approved, payment and adoption contract will be completed. 6. Once payment, adoption contract and age appropriate vetting are complete, the new owners can pick up their pet! All dogs/cats are fully vetted through our partner clinics and will not be adopted out prior to being spayed/neutered*, microchipped**, vaccinated & tested, as age appropriate up to the day the adoption contract is signed and payment is made. All animals are giving wormer and heartworm preventative (species and age specific) while in foster care. Adoption fees are non-negotiable. Adoption Fees are based on the animal's species, age, health and length in rescue. Their fee will be listed in their descriptions. *Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old to be spayed/neutered before adoption. Kittens must be at least 8 weeks old and at least 2 pounds to be spayed/neutered before adoption.
