In the shelter’s words
**MEET SANDY TARJAY — A GIRL WHO DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE!** **Found at Target. Left behind with a broken heart. Still ready to love.** ❤️Sandy Tarjay’s story is heartbreaking. She was found outside a Target store, painfully engorged with milk, but there wasn’t a single kitten in sight. It’s hard not to imagine what this sweet girl went through. We can only suspect that her babies were taken from her and she was dumped when she was no longer needed. Whatever her past holds, Sandy deserves a future filled with kindness, comfort, and a family who will never abandon her.Despite everything she may have endured, Sandy hasn’t given up on people. **This girl just wants to be loved!** **Here’s why Sandy could be your perfect companion:** **A little chatterbox!** Sandy is a talkative girl who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Whether she’s telling you about her day or asking for some attention, she’ll happily keep the conversation going!☁️ **Soft as can be!** Seriously, you’ll want to pet her all day. Her soft fur and loving personality make her the kind of girl you’ll want to cuddle up with after a long day.❤️ **A heart full of love.** Sandy is looking for someone who will give her the affection, security, and attention she deserves. She has so much love left to give and is ready for someone to give her a reason to feel safe again. **Good with young children!** Sandy can be a wonderful addition to a family with young kids, making her a lovely option for a home looking for a feline companion. **A little particular about her roommates.** Sandy can be apprehensive around other animals, which is understandable given that she has already been through so much. She may do well with one calm, patient, easygoing cat who will respect her space and allow her time to adjust. A slow, thoughtful introduction will be important. She may also appreciate being the only pet, where she can soak up all the love herself! **What Sandy wants most is a place to call home.** No more wondering where she belongs. No more being disposable when circumstances change. Just a cozy bed, a full food bowl, a gentle voice, and a person who chooses her every single day.Sandy didn’t deserve whatever happened to her, but her past doesn’t have to define her future. She deserves to be more than the cat found outside a store. She deserves to be someone’s beloved companion, their little shadow, their daily dose of conversation, and their soft, purring reminder that love can find you again. ✨ **Could you be Sandy’s happy ending?** ✨Thank you for considering adopting one of our kittens/cats.
