In the shelter’s words

Meet Thalia Breed: Rottweiler / Terrier mix Sex: Female Birthday: 7/25/2022 Weight: 45 pounds Health: Healthy and spayed Personality Thalia is a sweet, affectionate, and friendly girl who’s always happy to be near her people. She’s calm indoors, playful outside, and truly enjoys being part of a loving routine. Her expressive eyes and gentle nature win hearts everywhere she goes. Why Thalia Would Be a Great Adoption Choice Thalia is the best of both worlds — loyal and loving with just the right touch of playfulness. She’s past the high-energy puppy stage but still has plenty of joy to share. Whether you're looking for a steady walking buddy or a cuddle companion, Thalia is your girl. Breed Info Rottweilers are known for their strength, loyalty, and intelligence. Terrier mixes bring spunk and charm. Thalia is a beautiful mix of these traits — smart, stable, affectionate, and just the right size for most homes. Owner Responsibilities Provide daily companionship, walks, and structure Continue positive training and encouragement Maintain a healthy diet and veterinary care Offer mental stimulation and a loving home ❗Things to Consider Will you allow time for your new dog to adjust to their new environment, routine, and family? Can you afford the financial responsibility of a dog — including food, vet care, preventatives, and grooming? Does your housing allow dogs, and are there any breed or size restrictions? Does anyone in your household have allergies to pets? Do you have the time, energy, and commitment to provide daily care, exercise, and affection for the next 10–15 years? These dogs are not to be chained or left outside. Each one deserves to live indoors with love, safety, and companionship. Commitment for Life Thalia is looking for her forever person — someone who won’t give up on her, no matter what. She’s ready to give endless love, but needs the same in return. This is a lifetime bond, a promise to care for her through every season of life. She’ll be your loyal friend, always.
