This young pup made the big trek all the way from Mississippi to Minnesota after being found abandoned and living outdoors. While he was initially slow to trust—a gentle reminder of a past that wasn't very kind—Tankian has completely transformed into a sunbeam of pure happiness. He keeps us smiling every day with his goofy enthusiasm, his constant hunt for the ultimate chew toy, and his nearly perfected potty training skills. Tankian absolutely adores having other dog pals to wrestle with, and his unique little tail wiggles at top speed whenever he’s happy (which is almost always!) He is also very respectful of cats and spends his days watching the two in his foster house play. He has left his tough past behind and is completely ready to shower his forever family with unconditional devotion. When he trusts you enough to jump up and lay his head on you your heart will melt. From Tankian’s Perspective "Hey! I’m Tankian and I rocking a beautiful multi colored coat, and officially retired from the outdoor rough-ing it life! I traded the Mississippi humidity for Minnesota's four seasons? 10/10 upgrade. I used to be pretty suspicious of people (turns out my early life wasn't great), but once I realized humans come with treats, cozy dog beds, and belly rubs, I was ALL in. My daily routine includes: smiling continuously, practicing my 'almost perfect' house training, searching for high-quality chew toys to inspect, and begging any dog in a five-mile radius to be my new best friend. I’ve got a huge heart, zero grudges, and a world-class bob tail wiggle. So, who’s ready to adopt a reformed southern gentleman with a top-tier smile?"
