Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION: Cicada is a female brown/orange tabby; 13 weeks old as of late Sep. Too cute, playful and loving. CAT ADOPTION FEE. Cats & Kittens under one year old are $50.00 but cats over a year old are 'name your adoption fee.'
