Meet Kipper, The Keeper! He arrived at the shelter as a stray and wasn't picked up.At first, when you meet Kipper, he might not ask for affection right away, but once he gets to know you, he will ask for all the love you can give. He is the perfect combination of a husky: ready to go on adventures, such as hiking or walking on the beach; but also can chill in an office while you work while playing with his toys. The shelter can be overwhelming for Kipper but outside the shelter, he shows his true potential.His handlers shared that he doesn’t pull on the leash and hasn’t show reaction to people, bicycles, or other dogs. He is wonderful in the car, has excellent manners, and is very well-behaved. Kipper needs an active home where he can get the exercise his breed requires. Ideally, his future family should have prior experience with the Husky breed. He enjoys being petted and brushed! He also has a soft spot for dog beds and plush toys.
