In the shelter’s words
Little Kenya and her 5 siblings were born on a patio to a stray mom, herself almost a kitten still. The people whose patio it was could not bring them inside and were calling around to rescues for help. We made arrangements and were able to welcome them and their mother to Paw Parent. All of her siblings and her mother are pitch-black like herself. She is the only one of her siblings that is distinguishable from them by her coat. Her coat is medium length while all her siblings have short coats. Kenya is the runt of the litter and cutest little thing. She loves to be cuddled and a good belly rub. It would be fabulous if she could find a home together with one of her siblings.She is 5 months old, neutered, up to date with all her shots and microchipped.She is ready to brighten up someone's life. After someone has found a pet of her or his liking on our site and contacted us we will make sure to get back to that person as soon as possible. We require a potential adopter to fill out an application. If the application is satisfactory we will contact the prospective new parent to set up a time to meet with the pet. We also do home checks to make sure that the house or apartment the pet will go to is safe. The pet will be brought to your home at the time of the home check and if everything looks goes well the pet will be left with you. We are asking for an adoption fee and we also will have you sign a contract. We allow a two week trial period during which the money will be refunded if it turnes out to not be a match. After the two week period the adoption fee is not refundable.
