In the shelter’s words
Meet Edith! Edith is a gorgeous 2½-year-old Tabico with beautiful brown markings and an unforgettable little personality. This sweet girl was found scavenging behind a grocery store dumpster, doing whatever she could to survive. Edith can be a little shy when meeting new people. She prefers to make the first move, and once she decides you’re worthy of her attention—usually by rubbing against your legs—she’s more than happy to accept pets and affection on her own terms. One of the quickest ways to win Edith’s heart is with food! She’s incredibly treat-motivated and never turns down a tasty snack. She also has the cutest little trademark: an adorable permanent “blep,” with the tip of her tongue peeking out, guaranteed to make you smile every time you see her. If you’re looking for a sweet, independent companion who just needs a little patience to let her personality shine, Edith may be the perfect addition to your family.
