* In Foster Care * Meet & Greets by appointment. * Please submit an application online and we’ll call to schedule! * Sonny is the kind of cat who quietly becomes your shadow. He’ll follow you from room to room with soft little chirps, happy just to be near you. Settle onto the couch and he’ll be right there beside you, purring like it’s his full-time job. At 10 years young, Sonny has perfected the art of companionship. He’s mellow, affectionate, and wonderfully easy to live with. He enjoys playtime in short bursts, appreciates a cozy nap, and truly thrives on simple, steady connection. Sonny is FIV positive, which simply means his immune system needs a little extra care. FIV+ cats can live long, happy lives indoors, and Sonny has done this beautifully. He also has kidney disease that has remained stable on a prescription diet alone. He feels great, loves his special food, and continues to enjoy each day to the fullest. What Sonny wants most is a calm, loving home where he can be someone’s steady companion. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle presence who will quietly fill your home with warmth, Sonny may be exactly who you’ve been waiting for.

Adoption Fees: up to 6 months of age: $110.00 6 to 12 months of age: $85.00 Cats older than 1 year: $60.00 Over 5 years old to qualified person over 60 years old is free. Requirements: A personal interview by an adoption counselor, preferably with all family members. We also have an adoption questionaire to fill out prior to being approved. A home visit may be required. Adopters agree to keep cat(s) inside (unless approved for outside) and to not declaw.
