In the shelter’s words

Hi there, I’m Florence! Age: 2 Years | Gender: Female | Breed: Pit Mix | Weight: 39 lbs If you’re looking for a shadow to follow you around, shower you with love, and tell you all about my day, I’m your girl! I’m a 2-year-old, 39 lb sweetie with a medium energy level. When you come home, I get SO excited to see you! After our big reunion, I turn into a total couch companion. I still have a bit of that fun puppy energy, so I’m working on keeping all four paws on the floor when I get extra enthusiastic—I just love attention so much! Here’s why I’m a fantastic roommate: Dog & Cat Friendly: I currently live with other dogs in my foster home, and cats don't bother me at all! Easygoing Exercise: At just 39 lbs, I'm a great pocket-sized pup! A simple walk and throwing the ball in the yard is all I need to stay happy. Great on Leash: I walk pretty well when we go out for strolls! Chatty & Affectionate: I’m a bit of a talker and love being right by your side wherever you go. I’m ready to find my forever human. Could it be you? Fill out an application today!
