In the shelter’s words
Hi, I'm Bushwack! I'm a handsome tuxedo male born approximately 3/10/2026 with a sweet, playful personality and a bit of a cautious side. I came to Wild Blue Cats from an indoor hoarding situation where there were far too many cats for one person to properly care for. Because of that start, I was pretty nervous and shy when I first arrived, but with patience and lots of positive experiences, I've really started to come out of my shell. One thing you should know about me is that I LOVE to play! Wand toys are one of my absolute favorites, and I also enjoy laser toys, ball toys, and anything that lets me chase, pounce, and show off my athletic side. I'm a curious, energetic guy who has become more and more confident over time. I also really enjoy supervised outdoor playtime and exploring the yard. I've learned that affection can be pretty great too! I enjoy pets, brushing, chin scratches, and sometimes being held, although I may still be a little unsure about too much handling at first. I do best when people let me warm up at my own pace and give me plenty of opportunities to play and build trust. Once I'm comfortable, my sweet and goofy personality really starts to shine. I think I'd do well in a family with respectful teenagers, another feline friend, or even a doggie buddy, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. If you're looking for a playful, curious boy who just needs a little patience and understanding while he settles in, I might be the perfect match for you! If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt I'll be waiting with a happy heart and a loud purr!
