Meet Manchas!DOB: June 2024Disposition: Happy, Social, PlayfulHistory: Manchas came into rescue after being hit by a car and suffering a broken leg. Thankfully, she received the care she needed and is now ready to find her forever family.Amazing Qualities: Manchas is the kind of dog who makes friends everywhere she goes. She’s often the first to greet visitors and is genuinely excited to meet new people. She loves soft stuffed toys, playing in water, and pretty much anything that involves having a good time. Her happy, outgoing personality makes her incredibly easy to love, and her ability to get along with dogs, cats, and children makes her an especially versatile companion. Manchas is ready to bring her playful spirit, big personality, and plenty of joy to her forever home!Best Home: Manchas would be a wonderful match for someone looking for a fun-loving, social companion. She loves being around people and does well with dogs, cats, and children, making her a great fit for a variety of households. She has plenty of playful energy and would love a home where she can get outside, explore, and have lots of opportunities for fun. Interested in adopting Manchas, please visit our website to fill out an adoption application: www.thebarkinglot.net/adopt. Our dogs are located in San Diego County, CA. We will happily consider out of town applications and can conduct virtual play dates with interested adopters. We have monthly transport to various locations in the Pacific Northwest, individual arrangements would need to be made for other locations across the US and Canada.About Angeles en Camino:This dog is part of Angeles en Camino ("Angels on the Way"), a cross-border rescue mission bringing adoptable dogs from Manzanillo, Mexico, to loving homes in Southern California. Our goal is to find the right match for each pooch based on lifestyle, energy level, exercise regime, environment and living situation. To ensure we find a great match for each pup, the process includes: 1) Filling out an Adoption Application. 2) a play date with your furry friend, 3) a home check of the potential adopter, 4) an adoption contract, 5) an adoption fee. The adoption fees include spay/neuter, up-to-date shots, rabies vaccination, microchip & microchip registration, de-worming and the benefit of getting a pooch who has been living in a stable and loving environment. Dogs are fostered in our homes to create the same type of environment into which each will be adopted. We strive to meet each pup's needs in terms of exercise, socialization and basic manners, including potty training.
